Presetz Home offers free shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no minimum order requirements.
Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from our facility in Fontana, California. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
We currently ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, contact us at info@presetz.store.
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours at info@presetz.store or +1(619) 427-7700. We will file a claim and send a replacement at no cost.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
